Checklist: 2Sexy Content - Install a Package

If you want to extend 2Sexy Content with a template someone else prepared (called a Package) then use this checklist to get it installed.

    2Sexy packages are templates that someone published. Others can download the packages and use them for their own website.

    You can find some example templates on 2SexyContent.org.
  • Preparations

  • Ensure you have 2Sexy-Content installed and that you have a downloaded package (usually a ZIP-File)

  • Ensure you have Designer-permissions in 2Sexy Content (usually you do)

  • Install the Package

  • Go to "Manage Templates"

    If you have 2SexyContent 4, choose "Admin" from the module actions and then change the register to "Manage Templates".

    If you have 2SexyContent 3 installed, you will find this directly in the Manage menu.
  • At the bottom, choose "Import"

  • Select the ZIP file you previously downloaded

  • Press "Upload"

    You should now see the installation run automatically. Don't panic if you see yellow info-messages - you can ignore them.

    If you see red error messages, something went wrong while importing.
  • Now insert a new 2SexyContent module on any page and choose the new templates :)
