Ensure you have 2Sexy-Content installed and that you have a downloaded package (usually a ZIP-File)

Go to "Manage Templates"
At the bottom, choose "Import"
Select the ZIP file you previously downloaded
Press "Upload"
Now insert a new 2SexyContent module on any page and choose the new templates :)
